Head of HR Job Description
The Head of HR will lead all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, enhancing workplace culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role involves managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration
- Maintain internal databases with updated employee information.
- Collect and process payroll data, including leaves, working hours, and bank details.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews.
- Manage job postings across boards, career pages, and social networks.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries about benefits and policies.
- Review and distribute company policies in digital and hard copies.
- Support the organization of company events and career days.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare HR-related reports (e.g., training budgets).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead employee development initiatives, including training and career progression programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases.
- Proficiency in MS Office and full-cycle recruiting.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Working Conditions:
- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Minimum of 20 hours per week across 3 days.
- Frequent interaction with the CEO and senior leadership.
