Junior Creative Designer

As a Junior Creative Designer at Stalione Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, based in Colombo, you will assist senior designers in creating innovative and visually appealing designs for various platforms. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and the Australian team during their time zone to deliver high-quality creative outputs.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Produce and refine engaging video content for platforms like TikTok using trending concepts and styles.
• Edit and enhance videos using CapCut and other editing tools to support social media strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, social media, and video content creation.
• Support senior designers in preparing layouts, illustrations, and mockups.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and finalize creative projects.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for digital and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with video editing tools, including CapCut.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in creative designing.
• Ability to conceptualize and create visually appealing content for various mediums.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Educational background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Degree or Diploma).
• A portfolio showcasing creative work in design (Behance/Dribble etc…).
