Project Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Stalione Lanka (Pvt)
Ltd. The Project Support Coordinator will be responsible for project support,
coordination, analytical tasks, communication, and providing administrative assistance
on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and involve in communication with relevant
  clients.
• Update the clients regularly with feedbacks/updates related to their projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Break down projects into tasks, assign responsibilities, and set timeframes and
  goals.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and provide project status updates.
• Track and manage budgets and ensure resource availability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Facilitate team communication and document stakeholder meetings.
• Setup internal meetings to discuss the timelines we provide for the clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to
  quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related
  field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role more than one year.
• Project management experience from conception to delivery in IT or industrial
  settings.
• Proficiency in Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project), MS Office
  Suite, and related tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of SDLC or industrial project processes.
• Understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• A willingness to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours as needed
